The Loving Hearts Training Center was established in 2006 by Chief Executive Officer, Nancy Hinrichs to create a center for local individuals with disabilities. The goal was not to only provide necessary care but also enrich the lives of each individual served. LHTC started as a small facility only providing services for 5 consumers. It has now grown to facilitate services for over 120 consumers in day services and 85 consumers in residential services.
Loving Hearts promotes and supports adults with development disabilities by providing community-based individualized services that will increase individual development, independence and community inclusion.
Loving Hearts envisions a community free of disparity, with equal opportunities for each individual. A community that enhances the strengths of adults with developmental disabilities through training, teaching and mentoring to increase their level of independence, inclusion and personal accomplishments!
